Shipping Policy

The estimated shipping time commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

And due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes, the shipping time may be longer than expected date.

Please note: Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not available.

Please contact our customer service within 20 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
